International Partnership

The UOS-IDRC Project, titled The Challenge: Reducing Antibiotic Resistance through the Commercialization and Adoption of Non-Antibiotic Methods to Control Bacterial Infections in Pakistani Poultry Production, is a significant initiative aimed at addressing antimicrobial resistance (AMR). This project emphasizes international partnerships to foster the development and application of sustainable alternatives to antibiotics in poultry farming. By reducing dependency on antibiotics, it seeks to combat bacterial resistance, ensuring better health outcomes, food security, and adherence to global AMR mitigation strategies.
